01 / Engineering

From the drawing to the first production shift.

A new machine has to work with the machines, people and software already there. We plan that fit, do the integration work and stay until the system runs in daily production.

01 / Services

What we do in engineering.

We design how new equipment fits the line, then install, connect and test it with your team.

  1. Equipment implementation

From delivery to the first production shift: the plan, the people and the order of work.

  2. Technical system design

How machines, controls, safety and data work together, drawn before anything is bought.

  3. Machine integration

New machines joined to the ones you already run, one interface at a time.

  4. Automation systems

Automation where it removes repeated work, not where it only looks modern.

  5. Equipment configuration

Machines and controllers set up for your process, not left on factory defaults.

  6. Technical testing

Functions, safety signals and interfaces tested against criteria agreed in advance.

  7. System upgrades

Older equipment upgraded in steps, so production keeps running.

  8. Industrial system integration

Machines, sensors, controllers and data linked into one system your team can see and maintain.

02 / The machine

One production cell, part by part.

Select a part to see what it does. Then switch the view: the same cell gets connected, and then protected. A new machine must work with all of it.

A simplified example of one production cell. Every site is different, so this is not a ready design for yours.

State 01 / Machine

It starts with the machine.

A work station, a conveyor, a motor, sensors and a safety stop. We design how these parts work together. Then we install, connect and test them.

7 machine parts. Select one in the drawing, or step through them.

03 / Automation

Automation where it saves time and work.

We look at your process and find the steps where automation removes repeated work. Then we design it, set it up and test it with the people who will use it.

04 / Life cycle

From the plan to the next upgrade.

Most of a machine's cost comes after it is bought. Decisions at the start make every later stage easier, and we can help at each one.

  2. 02DesignDesign the system and the connections.
  3. 03InstallBring the equipment in and set it up.
  4. 04IntegrateConnect it with machines, network and data.
  5. 05TestCheck functions, safety and security.
  6. 06UpgradeImprove, repair or replace parts over time.

Contact

Bring the drawing. We will bring the questions.

Machine, line, deadline: tell us what you have, and we will tell you what the integration really involves.
