We work where the machine meets the network.

BITART is a small engineering and technology company in Warsaw, run by Aliaksandr Zasinets. We help sellers of technical equipment, and the companies that buy it, get new machines connected, tested and protected.

01 / Why three directions

A machine is not only a machine anymore.

Controller. Network port. Remote-support button.

Today almost every new machine has software inside and a cable to the plant network. If one person looks at the mechanics, another at the software and a third at security, the problems fall into the gaps between them. That is where projects lose weeks.

So we work in all three directions, and we look at them on the same drawing: engineering, digital and IT, and cybersecurity.

For a seller of equipment, this means one partner who can talk to the customer's engineers, their IT team and their safety people, each in their own terms.

02 / What we believe

A person at the panel.

Today, in the world of technology, the most important thing is to stay human.

Every system ends with a person: the operator on the night shift, the technician with the wrong manual, the IT admin who gets the alarm at 3 a.m. They decide whether a project works, long after the offer is signed.

So we write instructions that people can read, plan start-ups with the people who will run the line, and build protection that does not get in the way of honest work.

In our drawings there is always a person at the panel. In real plants too.
