02 / Cybersecurity

Connect the machine. Keep the plant in control.

Every machine with a network port and a remote-support button is also a way in. We plan, set up and check protection for office systems (IT) and machine systems (OT), so connecting a machine does not mean opening the plant.

01 / IT and OT

Office and factory: two zones, one gateway.

Our model production cell, now in zones. Traffic between the machines, the office and the outside goes only through one gateway. Select a part to see how it is protected.

A simplified example of one production cell. Every site is different, so this is not a ready design for yours.

State 03 / Protection

The same system, protected.

Zones keep the machines and the office apart. A gateway controls what crosses between them, and remote access goes through it too. This shows the main idea, not a full design: a real design starts from the risks of your site. We plan and set up this protection.

4 protection parts are new in this view. Select one in the drawing, or step through them.

02 / Services

What we do in cybersecurity.

We help protect connected machines, industrial networks and the office systems around them.

  1. IT/OT security

The office side, the machine side, and every place where the two touch.

  2. Industrial network security

The factory network split into zones, with control over what crosses between them.

  3. Secure equipment integration

New machines join in their own zone, with known ports and known users.

  4. Security architecture

Protection in layers, drawn so that your engineers and your IT team both understand it.

  5. Network protection

Gateways, rules and access lists that let only the needed traffic pass.

  6. Connected machine security

Remote access, default passwords and updates on connected machines, checked one by one.

  7. Cyber risk review

What could go wrong, in the order to fix it. The decision about what to fix stays with you.

  8. Security system implementation

Security tools and monitoring set up so that alarms reach a person who can act.

03 / Security by design

Protection in layers, from the core out.

Security is part of the design, not an extra at the end. Select a layer to see what it protects.

Technology

The machines, controllers and software you want to protect.

04 / Clear limits

How we work on security.

Only with your permission.

We work on your systems only with your written permission and within the limits you set. We never test systems that belong to other people.

  • We do not issue ISO or other certificates.
  • We do not offer 24/7 monitoring or incident response.
  • Nobody can promise full protection. We help you lower the risk.

Contact

The plant's IT will ask. Have the answers.

We help sellers and plants agree on access, zones and updates before installation day, not during it.
