BITART / Integration for technical equipment
Better technology. Safer decisions.
You sell or buy technical equipment. We make it work in the real plant: connected to the line, tested on site, and safe on the network.
01 / For equipment sellers
Selling the machine is the easy part. It has to work in their plant.
Most trouble starts after the contract: on site, at start-up, or when the plant's IT says no to remote access. We help sellers see these points early and deal with them together.
- 01
Before the offer
You quote for a site you have not seen.
Where it gets stuckSpace, power, the machines already there, the PLC brand the plant insists on, the network rules. Each unknown comes back as a change request, usually at start-up, when the customer has the stronger hand.
- 02
Before shipping
Papers decide if the machine may run.
Where it gets stuckProduct and safety rules differ between markets. A full machine, a partly completed one and one part of a line need different papers. A wrong declaration, instructions the operators cannot read, or drawings that no longer match the machine can stop acceptance on the first day.
Handover. From here the machine lives in someone else's plant.
03On site
The machine meets the line.
Where it gets stuckAnother protocol, another byte order, a second PLC brand, emergency stops shared with the old line. When machines from several makers are joined, someone becomes responsible for the whole line, and often nobody has agreed who.
- 04
Start-up
Agree what "done" means.
Where it gets stuckThe factory test shows the machine works in your factory. The site test shows if it works in theirs: other criteria, other people, real production. Change requests pile up here, while the customer still holds the last payment.
- 05
Daily use
Who helps, and how do you get in?
Where it gets stuckThe plant's IT should not hear about your remote access on installation day. Buyers now ask about access, passwords, updates and the support period before they sign. A modem in the cabinet or an always-on tunnel is a red flag.
02 / What we connect
One machine has three sides now.
The mechanics, the network it talks on, and the protection around it. Switch the view and pick a part to see what it does in each one.
State 01 / Machine
It starts with the machine.
A work station, a conveyor, a motor, sensors and a safety stop. We design how these parts work together. Then we install, connect and test them.
7 machine parts. Select one in the drawing, or step through them.

03 / On site
We stay until it runs.
A drawing is a promise. The real test is the first shift with the new machine in the old line. We plan that day, connect the equipment and test it with the people who will run it.
- Design How the machine, its controls and its data fit the line.
- Integration Protocols, safety signals and networks, one interface at a time.
- Testing Written criteria, agreed before the day, not during it.
04 / Digital & IT
Machine data that people actually use.
We set up software, connect data and build dashboards your team can read.
- Software implementationWe install and set up business software, and support it after the start.
- Software integrationYour programs connected, so data moves between them without copy and paste.
- Business IntelligenceReports built from your own data, with numbers you can check.
- Data dashboardsDashboards with the few numbers each team needs, not every number there is.
- Data analysisYour history studied for what it means for planning and maintenance.
- IT infrastructureServers, networks and cloud services planned for the next years, not only for today.

05 / Cybersecurity
A connected machine needs a door, not a hole in the wall.
We help protect connected machines, industrial networks and the office systems around them. Remote support that is opened from inside, networks in zones, updates with a plan. The plant stays in control.
06 / Industries
